MP Pierre Poilievre congratulates local Manotick man, Paul Hindo, on his appointment as the Honorary Colonel of the Regiment at Cartier Square Drill Hall
OTTAWA, April 8, 2010 — Pierre Poilievre, Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister and to the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, congratulated local Manotick man, Paul Hindo, on his appointment as the Honorary Colonel of the Regiment from the Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa. The ceremony took place at Cartier Square Drill Hall and was well attended by members of the Regiment.
“This is truly an extraordinary achievement,” said MP Poilievre. “Paul is an outstanding citizen, entrepreneur and visionary, he definitely deserves this great honour.”
Paul is currently serving as the vice-chair and principal of Nautical Lands Group, which specializes in the design, build, finance and operation of retirement communities, including properties in Perth and Arnprior.
